Job summary

The Four Seasons Lana’i Resort is seeking a Cook I to independently manage a kitchen station, prepare and execute high-quality menu items, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Candidates must have legal US work authorization, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 70 lbs, with flexible hours.

The position offers an hourly wage of $34.49 plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, on-island housing, employee meals, and travel perks within Four Seasons.

Qualifications

• Independently manage an assigned kitchen station, preparing and executing menu items.
• Maintain mise en place, monitor food quality, taste, temperature, and plating.
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior cooks while contributing to a productive kitchen.
