Four Seasons Maui seeks a Ferraro's Cook 4 to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in alignment with production requirements and quality standards. The role supports guest service, ensures a clean, safe workspace, and collaborates with the Food & Beverage division under kitchen management.

Candidates should have at least six months of culinary experience, knife skills and the ability to multitask. Hawaii Food Handler's Card, tuberculosis clearance and ServSafe certification within 3 months are

Qualifications

• Six months culinary or related work experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean all equipment and utensils.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work a minimum of one station in an outlet.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• ServSafe (within 3 months)

Responsibilities

• Assist guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and transporting to guest tables.
• Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and ensure items are polished and in good condition.
