Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee complex projects from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors and resources to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will report to the project manager, manage daily site activities, and ensure adherence to safety programs and project requirements across multiple sites. This role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and on-time delivery with opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing or walking for long periods, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
• Report regularly to the project manager on progress, plans, and issues affecting costs or schedules.
