Job summary

ARCO is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee ground-up and light industrial construction projects. You will manage field operations from preplanning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and strict safety standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors, directing teams, reviewing shop drawings, and tracking progress. The role requires travel, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years' experience leading ground-up, commercial or light industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings and receive project information for preplanning.
• Help prepare schedules, staffing structures, and resource requirements for the project.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate with project manager/engineer on shop drawings, material samples, and approvals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate their work with project schedules and progress.
• Notify supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and requisitions; manage project finances.
