ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks an experienced superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up, commercial or light industrial projects. You will oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site safety, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–25 years of construction experience, and willingness to travel within the Southeast region. Proficiency with standard office tools and scheduling software is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction leadership experience, last 5 as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects.
• Willing to travel as projects require.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet.
• Authorized to travel in the Southeast region.

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction meetings and receive project information.
• Assist project manager in planning schedules, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct total construction to meet specs, schedule, and budget for profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project timelines.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
