Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to plan, manage and execute assigned projects in Irving, TX. You will lead safety, manage subcontractors, and drive scheduling and budgeting to achieve profitable project completion.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of construction processes, with travel and non-traditional hours as needed to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 8+ years construction experience with supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and coordinates project schedule.
• Keeps project on schedule and within budget.
• Attends progress and review meetings with stakeholders.
