Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site execution for Dallas-area projects. You will plan, manage and safely execute all aspects of assigned work, coordinating material, equipment, people, and processes to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors, develop and track work plans, and communicate with owners, design teams and vendors to keep projects on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience with at least 1+ year field supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and manages project schedule.
• Monitors budgets and costs using project reports.
• Supports project closeouts and owner/architect coordination.
• Attends progress and OAC meetings.
