Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity, coordinating materials, equipment and crews to meet schedule and budget.

You will lead a strong safety program, manage subcontractors, monitor costs in our project management system and participate in progress meetings to ensure timely, profitable completion of each project.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years construction experience.
• Minimum 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain an injury‑free environment.
• Provides management of subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Manages staff, subcontractors, suppliers and program compliance.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings and project reviews.
