Job summary
ARCO Murray Construction Company seeks an experienced lead superintendent for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects. You will oversee field operations from day one, drive safety and quality, and ensure completion on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications
- 5-25 years of construction experience with last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects.
- Willing to travel as projects require; can live anywhere.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
- Experience using an iPad or similar tablet is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend post-award reviews and plan preconstruction details.
- Direct and control total construction to meet specs and schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors and align with project managers and owners.
- Prepare cost reports, requisitions, and progress documents.
- Lead safety adherence and organize field activities across crews.
