Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company is seeking a driven field leader to manage ground-up commercial/industrial construction. You will oversee day-to-day field operations from preplanning to project completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to project specifications.

Ideal candidates have 5-25 years in leading warehouse, distribution, or cold storage builds, and are willing to travel in the Southeast. Strong cross-functional coordination and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience with the last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects.
• Willing to travel as projects require ( Southeast Region).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Experience with tablets (iPad or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews and receive project details for preplanning.
• Help prepare schedules, organization structure, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct total construction to meet specs and schedule while maximizing profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes and manage cost reports.
