Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years construction experience; 1+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on projects and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control; manages meetings and progress reports.
