Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Sandusky, Ohio seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a long-term commercial/institutional project. The 12-month assignment covers mobilization through closeout, overseeing subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule.

Candidates nationwide are encouraged to apply; Sevan provides lodging, travel, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non-local candidates. The pay range is $100,000–$125,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site through the project lifecycle.
