Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Sandusky, OH, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a 12-month assignment to lead field operations from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule on a complex commercial project.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction, strong concrete experience, and read drawings. Lodging and travel support are provided for non-local applicants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle
