Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, Ohio.

The role oversees subcontractors, safety and quality, and drives project milestones from mobilization through closeout. With 10+ years in commercial construction, you will coordinate field activities, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relations while supporting a 12-month project assignment in Sandusky.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions; coordinate inspections and owner meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site through the project lifecycle.
