Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long‑term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, OH. This 12-month assignment covers on-site management from mobilization through closeout, with lodging and travel expenses provided for non-local candidates.

You'll coordinate subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule, conduct daily field meetings, review drawings, and maintain strong client relationships while protecting project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, rebar, concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
