Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a Sandusky, OH project. This 12-month assignment will lead field operations from mobilization through closeout on a complex commercial/institutional project.

You will coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance while maintaining strong client relationships and representing Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle
