Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent for a long-term commercial project in Sandusky, Ohio. You will lead on-site operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule performance.

This 12-month assignment offers company-paid lodging or travel support for non-local candidates, a vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions. Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
