Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long‑term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, OH. This 12‑month assignment requires coordinating subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule performance from mobilization through closeout.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
Experience as Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement.
Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality and schedule performance.
Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout project lifecycle.
