Clark Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role oversees self-performed and contracted work, enforces contract requirements, and drives the project schedule with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, scheduling, and safety knowledge (OSHA). Experience with mission-critical/data center projects is preferred, and a hands-on,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for whole projects or scopes.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors.
• Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials.
• Develop project schedule and monitor critical milestones with stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain professionalism in internal and external meetings and interactions.
• Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training.
