Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role oversees self-performed and contracted work, enforces contract requirements, and drives the project schedule with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, scheduling, and safety knowledge (OSHA). Experience with mission-critical/data center projects is preferred, and a hands-on,

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for whole projects or scopes.
Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors.
Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials.
Develop project schedule and monitor critical milestones with stakeholders.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
Maintain professionalism in internal and external meetings and interactions.
Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training.
