Job summary

Clark Construction Group in the United States seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client value.

You will oversee self-perform and trade contractor work, instill safety and quality standards, and collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain schedules and costs. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and broad construction knowledge across high-rise, mixed-use, or education projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects.
• Knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA) and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work on whole project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark personnel and contractors.
• Create and manage project sequence, logistics, and material tracking.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings and mentor the project team.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders and ensure contract compliance.
