Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience on $15-$30 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• Ability to create an environment where 'safety first' is the culture.
• Construction document literacy with knowledge of all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade partners and sub-contractors.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Create, manage, and update project schedules.
