Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for commercial construction projects in Boise. You will monitor schedule performance, communicate variances, and prepare trend reports for the project team.

You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and estimators to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with baselines, while applying scheduling standards and procedures across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure schedule visibility and adherence.
• Interface with customers to communicate progress and corrective actions.
• Organize bid proposals and ensure deadlines.
