Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience managing scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for assigned projects.
• Organize and prioritize bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Review project schedule data, including activity records and budgets.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure schedule information is communicated clearly.
• Interface with stakeholders to report status and corrective actions.
