Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience or equivalent training.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience across construction markets.
• Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules using CPM.
• Prioritize bid proposals and meet deadlines.
• Review schedule data, confirm start/finish dates, costs, WBS.
• Evaluate feasibility and recommend methods.
• Communicate status and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with preconstruction team to share schedule info.
• Ensure resources are available to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate data on activity status with stakeholders.
• Ensure plans are achievable and current daily.
