ServiceMaster Restore in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion.

You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, codes and quality standards while delivering results for clients and insurers.

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Insurance restoration / disaster recovery experience preferred
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate among members
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus

Mansioni

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects
• Provide documentation as needed for insurance claims, notes in CRM, photos, etc.
