DPR Construction is seeking a senior SPW-focused leader to manage self-perform work teams on Atlanta-area projects. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality results, coordinating SPW workers and subcontractors, and aligning project execution with standards and schedules.

You will oversee productivity, address escalated issues, manage budgets and cost controls, and foster an inclusive team environment that drives project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SPW project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee end-to-end SPW project execution, monitoring progress and resolving complex issues.
• Approve procurement of SPW materials and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced SPW methods.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
