Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with Procore, P6, and Timberline.
• Experience with cost projection and budget reviews.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule requirements.
• Manages project financial projections and GMP development; creates and tracks budgets.
• Collaborates with Preconstruction and staging for cost reporting and MBEs requirements.
• Coordinates subcontracting, scope reviews, and final execution of subcontract documents.
