Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. You will lead on landmark projects, manage budgets and GMPs, and supervise PMs to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

You will drive client relationships, coordinate preconstruction, manage subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards on site. OSHA training is required every four years.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA training within six months of hire.
• Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supervising and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, GMP development and cost reporting.
• Oversee contract requirements, bonds, notices, schedules and costs.
• Lead preconstruction budgeting and subcontracting processes.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and resource plans.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote safety, quality control and EEO practices.
