Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, cost projection, and budget reviews.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget and coordinate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development.
• Develop and complete monthly labor cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Ensure project compliance with Minority Business Entity requirements.
• Collaborate with scheduling, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a project schedule.
