Hedrick Brothers Construction, a West Palm Beach-based general contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple project teams. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, maximizing return.

This senior role blends operational management, business development, risk management, and team development, with a focus on building strong client and trade-partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities are required.
• Financial and operational expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and business development.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead project teams to achieve goals, oversee profitability, and present updates.
• Business Development: Support pursuit efforts, develop qualifications and client relationships.
• Contracts & Risk Management: Advise on contract negotiation and risk management in partnership with leadership.
• Safety, Quality & Team Leadership: Promote safety culture and mentor Project Managers and teams.
