Job summary

Greython Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of our construction projects, from planning through closeout. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality results while leading multidisciplinary teams on site.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients; conduct regular site visits; manage safety compliance, procurement, and documentation, and present progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP/CCM/LEED can enhance qualifications.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Create, manage, and monitor project budgets for cost control and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor project teams including assistant PMs; ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet specs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Handle contract negotiations, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee quality control processes and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain strong client relations and satisfaction throughout projects.
