Job summary

Graycor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality and costs are controlled on site. You will lead field teams, interface with clients and subcontractors, and drive projects from kickoff to closeout.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, with 7–10 years in construction leadership. Travel to sites will be required; Primavera scheduling and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 7–10 years of construction leadership experience.
• Ability to travel to project sites.
• Experience in hospitality, logistics, cold storage, manufacturing, office, retail/entertainment or green building sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects.
• Interface with clients as primary contact and represent the company in meetings.
• Develop and manage project documentation, budgets and subcontractor scopes.
• Promote safety, quality and cost control across on-site activities.
• Mentor on-site personnel and participate in bid, pre-construction and continuous improvement activities.
