Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Must have a working knowledge of construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and staffing assignments.
• Manage project schedule and subcontractor schedules.
• Establish project-specific cost control systems.
• Maintain relationships with project participants.
• Communicate schedule and cost control status.
