Job summary

Stellar, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Project Manager to direct and coordinate designated projects within budget and schedule. The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and excellent communication to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, guiding project plans, and collaborating with subs and vendors to deliver high-quality workmanship. A PMP is a plus and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects.
• Ensure budget and schedule goals and objectives are accomplished.
• Support the execution of projects with a high regard for worker safety.
• Understand construction processes and implement project plans.
• Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to deliver the work.
• Collaborate with project superintendent to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Travel as needed for meetings and site visits.
