Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large and complex projects from inception to completion, coordinating scopes, execution plans and budgets with cross-functional teams.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or management, and 10+ years of project/construction management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential; a Master’s degree and PMP are preferred, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or management related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and/or construction management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Master’s degree in construction, engineering or management related discipline (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• 5 years’ experience in power, oil & gas, data center and/or district energy industries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Completes overall project execution.
• Coordinates and manages project kick-offs.
• Reviews scope of work, contract, specifications and client documentation.
• Generates and secures approval of an execution plan.
• Monitors schedules to ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborates with departments to manage documentation and issues.
• Prepares budgets, change orders and cash flow reports.
• Maintains reports and projections for leadership.
• Oversees fabrication, installation and start-up activities.
• Coordinates inspections, cost calculations and backup documentation.
