You will lead diverse teams and stakeholders, forecast costs, manage risk, and collaborate with subcontractors to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects.
• Ensure budget and schedule goals and objectives are accomplished.
• Support the execution of projects with a focus on worker safety.
• Understand construction processes and implement project plans.
• Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to deliver the work.
• Collaborate with project superintendent to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Travel as needed for urgent business needs and meetings.
