• Demonstrate solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations on-site.
• Plan timelines and allocate resources for multiple concurrent tasks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
• Adapt to varying environments and field conditions while maintaining quality.
• Prepare and review progress, materials, and cost reports with accuracy.
