JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Advanced Facilities Group in El Paso, TX. You will lead planning, procurement, and execution across complex industrial and data-center projects, coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, Lean principles, and budgeting, with the ability to drive schedule, quality, and profitability while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor others.
• Manage prestart process.
• Support preconstruction with quantity takeoff and bid package development.
• Lead buyout schedule and subcontract pricing.
• Manage submittal schedule and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and risk management.
• Prepare change requests and owner/architect approvals.
• Provide project status reports and financial analysis.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Lead monthly project reviews and meetings.
