• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff; investigates incidents.
• Manages the prestart and bid processes; supports preconstruction activities.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor scope.
• Manages submittal schedules and approves shop drawings.
• Coordinates with logistics for material pricing and procurement.
• Advances change requests and ensures owner/architect approvals.
• Leads monthly project reviews and OAC meetings.
• Prepares cost and margin forecasts; supports budget development.
• Oversees project closeout and interfaces with legal as needed.
