Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group seeks an experienced Project Manager in the Texas area to lead core project management activities for large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will drive safety culture, manage prestart and buyout processes, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and Lean expertise, with travel and non-traditional hours as needed to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff and bid development.
• Manages subcontractor pricing and change requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly project reviews and meetings.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved and tracked.
