Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical teams on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will drive safe, high-quality performance on schedule and within budget, while maintaining subcontractor alignment and regulatory compliance.

Texas-based site with travel rotations, relocation flexibility, and emphasis on safety, quality, and collaboration with onsite and remote

Qualifications

Experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors.
Proven ability to manage change orders, risk assessments, and invoice reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex utility-scale solar and storage projects.
Partner with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and drive timely delivery.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing Superintendent teams with clear expectations and accountability.
Own project performance—safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance—through planning and risk management.
Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain the Risk & Opportunity log with Project teams.
