DEPCOM Power, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will develop Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, drive safe, high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget, and maintain strong subcontractor alignment and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field execution on large-scale industrial/infrastructure/renewable energy projects.
• Experience managing superintendents and subcontractors across multiple scopes with focus on safety, schedule, quality and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Logistics, and remote teams to align field execution and deliver against safety, quality, schedule and cost goals.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams through clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance in safety, schedule, quality, cost and environmental compliance.
