Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects from Texas sites. You will build and guide Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls, and manage subcontractor performance with proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Experience managing change orders, risk, and invoice review/approval.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and deliver against safety, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams and drive accountability for results.
• Own project performance—safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
