DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will manage Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical crews, coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Logistics, and drive timely, on-budget delivery across sites in Texas and beyond.

You will build high-performing superintendent teams, manage risk, and maintain strong subcontractor relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and client

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage safety, schedule, quality and cost.
• Knowledge of change orders, risk assessments, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with Safety, Quality and Logistics teams to align field execution and delivery.
• Build and retain Superintendent teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance—safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environment—through planning and risk management.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain the Risk & Opportunity log.
• Lead environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control, with safety teams.
• Drive subcontractor performance and enforce safety standards.
• Review Change Orders for contractual basis, pricing, and invoices.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability and logistics challenges before impact.
• Establish owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
