Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, guiding Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams.

The role encompasses safety, quality, schedule, and budget, with strong subcontractor alignment and customer relationships, based in Texas with relocation support. Qualifications

• Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors across multiple scopes.
• Hands-on in change orders, risk assessments, and invoice reviews/approvals.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and look-ahead planning.
• Knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on active jobsites.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and retain high-performing Superintendent teams with clear expectations.
• Own project performance in safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and manage the Risk & Opportunity log with teams.
• Lead environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive subcontractor performance and uphold safety and production standards.
• Review Change Orders for basis, pricing, and invoice approval against contract terms and budget.
• Anticipate constructability, logistics, and coordination challenges and mitigate impact.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
