Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical teams on utility-scale solar projects.

This on-site role includes a relocation package and regular travel to project sites in Texas, with home-trip rotations every 3-4 weeks. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and cost outcomes while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical works on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Logistics teams and remote partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance in safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain R&O logs with project teams.
• Drive subcontractor performance, ensure scope clarity and production standards.
• Review Change Orders and invoices against contract terms and budget.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability, logistics and coordination challenges.
