Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks an Assistant Construction Manager to support field execution across utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical work, develop field leadership, and help ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

You will build relationships with subcontractors and internal teams, support three-week look-ahead planning, and help manage risk and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Construction experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Support field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Assist in developing and coaching Superintendent teams and ensure accountability for results.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Environmental, Logistics, and Project Management teams to align priorities.
• Monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
