ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on the assigned project(s), coordinating with the Project Manager, vendors, and subcontractors to install scopes on time and within the contract. This role emphasizes safety, schedule, and quality management on active sites.

The position requires daily project leadership, effective communication across teams, and strict adherence to project documents and permits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera, MS Office.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate all site construction activities and manage trade partners.
• Maintain project schedule, progress reporting, and documentation.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Drive site logistics and ensure contract compliance across trades.
