Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on large commercial projects in the Bakersfield region. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage vendors and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, site supervision, and collaboration across teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. A strong focus on safety and efficiency will drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety and lead site logistics.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; manage recovery plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Attend inspections with AHJ, third-party inspectors, and clients.
• Drive trade partner progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Lead site meetings and document progress and status reports.
