Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of documents.
• Conceptual ability to work with minimum information and quickly develop understanding of owner/architect requirements.
• Proven project management skills to handle competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimate including quantity take-offs, analysis, estimate input, and studies for items in assigned scope.
• Prepare and assemble bids and proposals for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Lead document management and distribute information to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Trade partners, Design team, and client as liaison.
• Support constructability reviews with project team and designers.
